TFT is always happy to talk to people looking to pursue or continue a technical career in the property sector.

We are fully aware that students and employees go through different routes to qualify in their specialist vocation and we endeavour to support this. We support employees who are looking to take the traditional path to TechRICS through ATC, as well as those exploring routes involving NVQ’s (which do not require the minimum training period of the ATC). Equally, if you are a technical surveyor and wish to bridge across to RICS chartered membership (MRICS), we will also offer you assistance.

Our technical surveyors are important to us, working with chartered surveyors to provide specialist knowledge and support. TFT sponsor programmes such as the HNC/HND in Building, Conservation Diploma, AAT, Microsoft Development, etc.
