Senior Building Surveyor - Guildford
This is an exceptional opportunity for a MRICS qualified, commercially driven professional to provide high calibre building consultancy to our excellent commercial and public sector client base.
The successful individual will hold a degree in building surveying (BSc or MSc), be Chartered with at least four years PQE, and have worked within a pro-active commercial environment.
The successful individual will have a professional, confident approach, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a methodical and well organised approach. Significant experience in dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, contract administration and sustainability consultancy, as well as evidence of successful networking and business development activity is needed for this role.
