ING Real Estate Investment Management instructed TFT to assess a vendor’s report before buying this prominent city office block, designed by Richard Rogers Partnership.

After the purchase, TFT oversaw cleaning of the external glazing and cladding, along with general exterior maintenance. We also produced a feasibility study for additional office space in an unused mezzanine area. A reinstatement cost assessment for insurance purposes was also produced.
