Following its refurbishment, this office building, situated on one of the premier streets in London's West End, started attracting higher rental levels and great interest in the vacant space leading to early letting.
After completing a feasibility study relating to the remodelling of the entrance and reception areas, we designed the improvements and administered the refurbishment, giving an extremely high quality finish and first impression to those entering the building.
We also refurbished two vacant floors within the property, increasing the net lettable areas and providing high specification Category A office space, including fully accessible raised flooring, three pipe VRV comfort cooling, LG3 lighting and improved toilet facilities.
The early letting of vacant space reduced the anticipated void period by over six months, providing a large contribution to the entrance/reception improvements.
