After fire at a warehouse distribution unit at Magna Park, Lutterworth, ING Real Estate Investment Management (INGREIM) appointed TFT as project monitor for demolition and reconstruction of the building.
Worldwide couriers TNT occupy the unit, on behalf of fashion chain Primark. The job involved co-ordinating the construction of the new building with TNT’s fit-out requirements.
TFT maintained strict cost controls, ensuring that quality was not compromised, and that works complied with INGREIM’s requirements.
