The Mall Shopping Centre Luton
TFT is project managing this four-storey extension to an existing shopping centre for The Mall.
A new glazed feature entrance with escalators and lifts is being built to link the ground and first floor levels of the mall. Retail prelets include an anchor store to be occupied by TK Maxx and Argos. At ground floor level there will up to 6 restaurants and cafes to link to the newly refurbished public square.
The project forms part of a JCT non-binding framework agreement with Balfour Beatty Construction.
