British Waterways called on TFT to act as its party wall consultant for the construction of ‘The Cube’, a mixed-use development in Birmingham City Centre.
‘The Cube’ will be a 17-storey extension to the Mailbox, Britain’s largest mixed-use building. The scheme will involve the construction of a substantial basement structure, directly adjacent to the Worcester and Birmingham Canal.
TFT has negotiated the party wall award for British Waterways and the extension is due for completion in 2010.
