Environmental & Heritage Impact Assessments

We will provide advice on the impact of planning applications from third parties that may have an affect on individual historic buildings, structures, areas, gardens and landscapes on behalf of their owners.

Impact assessments may also be needed when planning significant construction work that could have a direct effect on the surroundings.

In either instance a detailed impact assessment can play a pivotal role in building a case for or against proposed plans and are often required as part of funding applications. Following an assessment we can handle design and access statements and negotiation with English Heritage and Local Planning Authorities.
