Building regulations vary from country to country and in the UK we have very stringent guidelines and regulations that development projects must adhere to.

TFT works with a number of UK and US based clients on projects and portfolios throughout Europe. We see it as our duty to ensure that all buildings throughout your portfolio meet the same high standards. We therefore follow a due diligence process on European projects that tallies with that which we would use in Britain, fitting in with accepted guidelines such as those issued by the BCO, the RICS and other standard setting organisations.

As well as ensuring that your high standards remain unquestionable, this approach also future proofs your buildings against potential upgrading in regulations.
