Our pre-acquisition survey enables you to make an informed decision about a proposed purchase, taking into account the suitability of the property for a particular use, the feasibility of potential construction projects and the potential liabilities and future costs that may be incurred.

We appreciate that property transactions rely on a fast flow of information and we have a reputation for our fast-turn-around of surveys. We mobilise our teams quickly, from the office that is most convenient for the property in question and ensure that reports are delivered to the client within days following our inspection.

To ensure the highest level of expertise, we will, where required, source and manage specialists, such as electrical engineers, lift consultants, environmental engineers and structural engineers.

Our reports include sections entitled, "Notes for Solicitor" and "Notes for Property Manager", which help identify site-related issues that may not be evident to your legal advisor from desktop searches or may assist the future management of the building.
