Tim Phipps
Tim is a Director and is based in the London office and is part of the Project Consultancy team. As a Chartered Building Surveyor and Project Manager with over 20 years’ experience in private practice, Tim has a detailed technical knowledge on a wide variety of property and construction related matters which he is able to use to add value in his particular areas of expertise, Project Management and Development Monitoring.
Tim’s experience includes both new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects within the Commercial, Industrial, Retail and Residential sectors. Key clients include The Crown Estate, Abrdn, Grosvenor, AEW and Knight Frank Investment Management.

Over the years I have been particularly fortunate to have worked with some fantastic people and I firmly believe that a strong team makes for a successful project! Having the opportunity to help shape our built environment and create places that perform for both owners and occupiers makes Project Management a particularly fulfilling career choice. I love being able to walk past a completed project and seeing what was perhaps a tired asset transformed into a thriving site with a long lasting legacy.
I live in Kent and away from the office, I enjoy spending time with the family and being outdoors, either seeing the world from the back of a horse or cycling when I can fit it in.
