TFT were instructed by Shaftesbury Soho Limited to create three self-contained residential flats to the upper floors of 36 Berwick Street, whilst an existing retail tenant on the ground floor remained in occupation throughout.

Originally offices, the space was refurbished to the highest level of quality and detailing in order to maximise rental incomes. This reconfiguration also saw the introduction of a new outdoor terrace area which is unique for this location.

Work to the property involved demolition and rebuilding of the rear extension utilising a brickslip wall system, re-roofing, external repairs and restoration, internal reconfiguration of the staircase, partitions with new electrical and mechanical services installed to serve the new living areas, kitchens and bathrooms.

Netbiter smart metering was also utilised on the scheme to remotely manage power consumption, increase energy awareness and optimise consumption.
