As an RICS approved employer, our training programme for graduates is comprehensive and will guide you through your APC.

We provide a well-structured, support network to help graduate students with their learning and have an excellent pass rate to prove it. Allocating each graduate with a supervisor and counsellor for the duration of their studies, your supervisor will manage your day-to-day activities whilst your counsellor looks after the strategic management of your graduate training. You will meet with both periodically to review progress and obtain further guidance.

Whilst you are studying for your APC, TFT also offer related financial support, as well as understanding that you will need time to attend essential courses and interviews.
