David Tuffin, John Ferraby and Michael Taylor established TFT in 1973 in Kingston upon Thames (now our head office). Since then, we have opened a further six offices in:

Initially concentrating on property projects for the public sector, our progressive approach to development soon led us into the commercial and leisure property sectors.

To further serve our clients' current and future needs, our skill base has widened from our core building surveying skills to include project management, management consultancy, property design and conservation.

Now with 120 partners and employees, a vast experience and strong market position, we continue to work in both property markets throughout the UK and mainland Europe.
