If you wish to pursue a technical career, we are eager to talk to you. We know that students and employees go through different routes to qualify in their specialist vocation and we endeavour to support this.

The normal path to TechRICS is through ATC, however TFT fully support routes involving NVQ’s, which do not require the minimum training period of the ATC. If you are a technical surveyor and wish to bridge across to RICS chartered membership (MRICS), we will offer assistance.

TFT also sponsor programmes such as the HNC/HND in Building, Conservation Diploma, AAT, Microsoft Development, etc.

Our technical surveyors are important to us, working with chartered surveyors to provide specialist knowledge and support.
