I am very pleased to announce that we have opened a brand new south east office in Guildford and will be following this by also moving to a new City of London locations later in the year. This is an exciting development for the firm and a way of expanding our presence regionally, nationally and internationally.

 

Why move

Working habits have changed considerably in the last ten years and our new offices will allow us to introduce a number of efficiency improvements, such as open plan spaces and new technology systems, creating one cohesive team that can work in either location at any time, allowing us to pool our resources and cross sector expertise. Being located close to prime transport links also gives us the opportunity for greater national and international reach. In addition the timings of the moves allow us to take advantage of beneficial leasehold terms in the current tenant’s market that will put us on a strong footing for the future.

With all this in mind, and the confidence we have in both our staff and our clients, we decided that now is the right time to press on with our planned expansion for the south east.

We see this as a very exciting development for our business, allowing us to bring greater benefit to new and existing clients and we look forward to having the chance to welcome you in one of our new offices soon.

Outer London - Guildford

Guildford is a hub for firms offering professional services to the property industry and is geographically well placed for regional, national and international transport links.

As a firm that champions the greening of businesses through their property use, it was important for us to lead by example by finding an energy efficient building and sign a green lease agreement with our landlord. The office we have chosen at 65 Woodbridge Road, Guildford, is one of the most sustainable buildings in the region, mirroring our move to delivering dedicated sustainability advice and services for our clients.

Our Kingston teams have moved to Guildford and have been joined by a new commercial property team.

Inner London – The City

Likewise our decision to move our central London location provides us with the opportunity to occupy a better quality space and improve the way we work. Moving from the South Bank to the City will put us in a prime location, not only surrounded by the properties that are owned by many of our landlord clients, but actually on the doorsteps of the clients themselves.

We are currently finalising terms on a new property just off London Wall and we plan to be in occupation by November 2010.
