TFT recently staged its TFT Hit The Hills XC 2011 mountain biking event.

TFT were joined by some adventurous clients for an afternoon's off-road mountain biking around the trails of the Surrey Hills. The rain didn't hold off, although that didn't deter our intrepid knights of the (off) road who weren't fazed by a bit of water and mud. Ok, quite a bit of water and mud, but a fun time was still had by all.

The two teams, no strangers to fashion's wilder shores of spandex shorts and audacious skid lids, set off from the Hurtwood Inn near Dorking which also hosted their return about three hours later. No major tumbles were reported and, while the Surrey Hills is still recovering from having been exposed to so much fluorescent lycra on one day, our plucky pedalists all returned in one piece. Hot showers and then some well deserved refreshments saw an upbeat end to a vigorous but enjoyable day.
