TFT Manchester Now Open For Business

Tuffin Ferraby Taylor opens the doors of its new Manchester office on Friday, July 1st 2011.

Headed by Hugo Bradley (shown top left), who joins TFT from Bovis Lend Lease Consulting, the new office is the latest link in our network of offices across the UK. Hugo brings over 20 years experience in property and construction and a close understanding of the North West market.

TFT has always serviced clients' needs in the North West from our existing offices. From now on, we will offer TFT's full range of services including Dilapidations, Technical Due Diligence (TDD), Project Monitoring, Project Management and Sustainability Consultancy from the Manchester base.

This expansion is in direct response to what clients have told us they need. It will enable us to combine local understanding and resource national vision and expertise.

TFT have embarked on a five year growth plan. This is just part of the programme which is already seeing expansion capabilities and headcount and relocation of two our offices to improve office facilities and locations.
