London Office Moves To The City

Tuffin Ferraby Taylor has moved its London headquarters from the South Bank to The City.

The new office will be occupied by members of the firm's building and project consultancy teams, as well as their health & safety and cultural heritage experts. It will also act as a base for staff from other TFT offices in the UK to meet their London based clients.

Sustainable measures implemented during the fit-out were designed to provide efficient long term waste management and minimise the firm's dilapidations liability at lease end. All partitioning and storage walls were prefabricated off-site and have been installed without the need to cut in to the building's fabric, meaning that it can be easily removed and reused in the future.

London managing partner, David Mann, says: "We are in daily contact with some of The City's biggest commercial property investors and this move puts us right on their doorstep. Over the years we have worked on and surveyed some of The City's most prominent buildings, from The Royal Exchange and the HSBC building on Poultry, to 88 Wood Street, the Mercers' Company estate, Bow Bells House and Minster Court. This move provides us with the opportunity to occupy a better quality space, in a prime location, surrounded by the properties that are owned by many of our investment clients."
