Fire Safety Survey
The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order, which came into effect in 2006, stipulates that the owners of almost all commercial buildings carry out a Fire Risk Assessment on a regular basis. It also requires that an assessment is carried out whenever any significant changes are made to a building.
There are over 50 different fire-related regulations and pieces of legislation in the UK, which is why TFT has a number of fire-safety specialists who are able to oversee projects we are working on.
