TFT has a team of specialist project managers with the necessary skills needed to oversee and influence every aspect of your project, from inception to completion.
We have experience working on a wide range of projects and budgets, from refurbishment works to major extensions.
Trained as chartered surveyors, our project managers bring with them the detailed technical knowledge of how a buildings ‘works’ throughout its life-time and this can be invaluable when making important decisions regarding the design, structure and materials used on a project.
Our project management services include:
- establishing early briefs
- carrying out initial feasibility studies
- advising on and managing the whole procurement process, such as inviting tenders, appointing specialist consultants, architects, engineers and construction contractors, obtaining statutory approvals and handling contract administration
- monitoring the design process and construction
- negotiating final accounts
