Using the RICS Code of Practice for service charges and case law precedent where necessary we will validate and negotiate all types of service charge claims on behalf of building occupiers.

This service includes a detailed analysis of the lease provisions, inspection of the premises and where necessary assessment of the appropriate standard of repair. We will check and scrutinize all relevant service charge documentation in order to fully understand each case.  Subsequently we apply our findings to the condition of those building elements included in the service charge framework and make our recommendations regarding contributions and a strategy.
