As an integral part of the design team, we were appointed as Independent Certifier and also to monitor the development throughout the construction phases including commissioning the M&E service installations.

Our independent viewpoint was a major advantage in certifying practical completion and any sectional completion stages, avoiding potential disputes between landlord and tenant. The building, the flagship development within Wales’s new creative hub, will achieve BREEAM Excellent rating.
