TFT's legacy is in housing, with social housing projects being the basis on which the firm was founded in 1973 and it is still a property sector which features strongly at TFT.
Our public sector team is experienced with working in partnership with a number of Registered Social Landlords on the development and maintenance of their housing portfolio.
Our design and access expertise complements our other disciplines such as project consultancy and building surveying, allowing us to build on our list of satisfied clients in the housing sector.
