TFT takes corporate social responsibility very seriously and both supports a number of charities as a firm as well as encouraging and supporting each regional office and individuals to undertake their own charitable activity.

TFT as a whole supports two property sector charities:

CRASH – a construction and property industries charity providing support to homelessness charities to help them improve their facilities and premises and the accommodation they provide.

LionHeart – a benevolent fund founded by members of the RICS to provide confidential advice, information, support and occasionally financial assistance to past and present members in times of personal difficulty. Help is regularly given in times of ill-health, disability, unemployment, family separation and difficulties in retirement.

Each of our offices holds regular fundraising events for charities of their choice and team members from all office are encouraged to participate in whatever fun and positive activity is planned.
