Emerging scientific and political consensus is that most human activity at local, national and international levels is simply not sustainable. While climate change is perhaps the most significant global environmental issue, it is only one symptom of intrinsic unsustainable development. As a leading building and property consultancy, TFT recognises the concept of sustainability as a business imperative linking economic growth with human needs and effective protection of the environment.

TFT aim to be thought leaders in the field of building and property consultancy. We aim to adopt an approach to sustainability which is informed by consultation with the widest group of professionals spanning property and construction. With a mission statement of ‘Achieving excellence in building & property consultancy across Europe’, TFT aims to work consistently to reinforce its leadership position and raise awareness of sustainable services being brought to the property and building market.

We recognise the importance of continued education and co-operation with partners and clients to ensure that sustainability objectives are met and risks are properly managed across all aspects of our business.To help us work consistently towards meeting our objectives we work to a Sustainability Values Guide devised to keep us on track to achieving our aims.
