Jack Holland
Jack leads TFT’s Reinstatement Cost Assessment (RCA) and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) consultancy. His experience includes large fund portfolios and extensive PPM reports for commercial property including shopping centres, football stadiums, offices and student accommodation.
Jack also specialises in contract administration and technical due diligence surveys of commercial property in the UK and Europe including office, shopping centres, distribution warehouses and listed hotels.
As a registered RICS APC mentor, Jack is proactive in guiding the next generation, and has served on the RICS Bristol and West Country Matrics committee.
Hello.
I love being a building surveyor for the many different roles it entails, and the thoroughness each survey requires to understand the building in question and any defects that have occurred. I also enjoy the social aspect of my role – meeting and working with all kinds of stakeholders throughout my work.
Outside of the office I am a keen tennis player and regularly play in my local tennis league. Even further outside of the office, I love to travel and explore the world with my wife. We’re always planning the next trip (as much as my annual leave allowance will allow…)!
