George is a Director and responsible for managing and undertaking all aspects of mechanical and electrical (M&E) services within the surveying practice including: surveys, technical due diligence, dilapidation and acquisitions as well as design and project management activities. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) and the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET), for which George is a major advocate for Institute membership.

He delivers M&E services design on a large number of projects including large retail developments, higher educational buildings, office fit out projects, retail end user role out programs, MOD and custodial projects all around the UK and within Europe.

George has also completed an MBA at the University of Wolverhampton, providing additional managerial skill and knowledge base to undertake all aspect of team management and leadership.
