Mark has over 15 years’ experience as a building services consultant, delivering projects of varied size, budget and complexity. During Mark’s career, he has worked on new build constructions, major refurbishments and Grade I and Grade II listed heritage properties for clients large and small, mostly in the office, residential, and retail sectors.
Mark’s area of expertise is focused on the design and subsequent site delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health services, usually as project lead and main point of contact. Mark leads our M&E Projects team in London and maintains strong working relationships with the Portman Estate, M&G, L&G, Aviva and many other reputable investors.
A particular career highlight for Mark was delivering trading floors in Luxembourg for Barclays Wealth. Mark’s team had to create the project’s documents in three languages in collaboration with a translator, in addition to meetings in these languages too. This challenging but highly rewarding project was revisited by Mark when it was in full occupation and receiving positive feedback from the traders which made it all worthwhile.
Outside of work, I thoroughly enjoy taking part in a variety of sport. In particular, I am a keen cyclist, and enjoy the freedom and social aspect that the sport provides.
I have become so passionate about it that I have even begun racing locally and have an ambition to race across the UK in the near future. I also love taking part in industry charity challenges where I can – nothing better than a bit of team spirit mixed with competitivity all in the name of a good cause!
Another passion of mine is winter sports and the mountains in general. I have been lucky enough to go skiing in the Alps every year from a very young age and this is something I look forward to every year!
