Naomi Marsh

Naomi is a Rights of Light CAD Surveyor working in TFT’s Neighbourly Matters team, with a focus on BRE Daylight and Sunlight assessments for planning, Rights of Light analysis, and the technical 3D CAD modelling required for both. With over seven years’ experience working in this field, she is a diligent and conscientious analyst, who has a strong track record of delivering for clients and helping maximise the development potential of their sites.

Naomi works with a range of clients from private individuals proposing small-scale residential extensions, to major developers and local councils proposing larger town centre masterplans, or multi-million-pound developments within city centres. Her projects are based in various locations throughout the UK, but most are situated within Greater London.

She liaises closely with architects, planning consultants, developers, and local authorities at all stages of the design process, advising on good daylight provision to design proposals, and on mitigation strategies to reduce impacts on neighbouring properties.

Away from work, I like to bake, cycle and go out for long distance walks on the beach which I live next to.

I also have a keen interest in architecture, culture, and travel.
