Ollie is Associate within TFT’s Energy and Sustainability team, specialising in sustainable development which includes devising strategies at organisational and development levels. This often entails translating organisations’ environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) goals into tangible sustainability briefs and frameworks . This helps organisations to go beyond compliance, to create buildings fit for the future and to realise triple-bottom-line aspirations.
Ollie is experienced in leading numerous schemes, through design and construction to final certification and scheme sign off, including a multitude of mixed-use and commercial development. Ollie has a strong commercial awareness, coupled with experience across multiple building types, backed up by his hands-on style and holistic, versatile knowledge.
Ollie also leads TFT’s Life Cycle Assessment service line, working alongside project teams and clients to identify and implement carbon reduction opportunities and circular economy principles within developments. In turn, this aims to reduce embodied carbon and wider environmental building impacts.
When not in the office you’ll likely find me on a tennis court or exploring the streets of London for world cuisines and hidden open spaces. Having moved to London back in 2014 from rural Devon, I try to make the most of the city whilst returning to the coast for some fresh sea air, hikes and of course the local cider!
