In a project monitoring capacity, Simon has overseen the construction of purpose built student accommodation (PBSA), hotel and office developments on behalf of institutional investors. Simon has provided technical due diligence surveys on high profile acquisitions and disposals of offices, hotels, PBSA and build-to-rent assets including the London Olympic Village, The Sheraton Grand Hotel, INTO Exeter University accommodation and 5 Broadgate.
Away from the office, I enjoy spending time with my young family, in the Mendip Hills where we live. I’ve been an avid mountain biker for some 20 years, and have accumulated more bikes than I have free days on which to use them! I’m also a half decent tennis player and above all a lover of the great outdoors.
