MK Shopping Park is the first retail park in the UK to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating. We were appointed to undertake Project Monitoring, from inception through to completion, on this 20,000sq m retail park which is part of the retail and leisure complex adjacent to the Milton Keynes Dons Stadium.

MK 1 has already attracted key brands such as Marks & Spencer, H&M, Next and Primark and is fast establishing itself as the out-of-town shopping destination for Milton Keynes.
