Kevin Allen
Kevin is Director based in our Birmingham office and specialises in Project Monitoring, Lead Consultant and Technical Due Diligence (TDD) services. His work spans across most sectors and for various key clients including, Aviva, M&G, British Land, Oxford Properties and Railpen.
Kevin is service line lead for Project Monitoring (Funder and Investor) services at TFT. Kevin has monitored student accommodation schemes incorporating volumetric modular construction and he also leads the TFT Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) Working Group.
Kevin is currently leading on a care home portfolio Project Monitoring instruction for an overseas investor client. The portfolio comprises 10 new purpose-built care homes and two existing care homes undergoing extensive remodelling and refurbishment.
Hello.
Outside of work I have a keen interest in sport, travel and reading. But first and foremost I enjoy family-time with my wife and three young children, particularly when that’s outside walking in the Cotswolds, or on the Cornish coast. I have been very fortunate to be able to combine some of my interests when I coach my sons’ football teams. My competitive sporting days are over but you will sometimes find me on the football pitch for the vets team!
