Based in the Bristol office, Mark is a Senior Associate within the TFT M&E team.
He is an experienced M&E engineer who has worked in the mechanical and electrical services industry for approximately thirty-four years. For the first fourteen years of his career, he worked his way up through the contracting industry before moving to the world of M&E as a Consultant Engineer.
Mark has substantial experience in the compilation of M&E dilapidation schedules and in the subsequent negotiations process. His role really comes into fruition once the dilapidations schedules have been finalised whereby he undertakes the project management role to ensure the associated rectification and remedial works are fully completed in order to return the property to the original configuration.
Mark also heads up the M&E Maintenance Management service line for TFT. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the completion of technical due diligence surveys for commercial, industrial and larger domestic types of properties across the UK as well as Europe and beyond.
Away from work I enjoy being outdoors, particularly partaking in sea kayaking and fishing. I’m also a keen cyclist and runner, taking on challenges such as The Grizzly, and of course, running and volunteering at Parkrun on a Saturday morning. Otherwise, I spend time doing house refurbishment works and creating wooden structures for many different uses!
Below is a picture of myself and my colleagues Simon and Vanessa on our fundraiser in 2019 for a local Bristol MS therapy centre, The Brightwell, where we walked and cycled our way from Bristol to Swindon!
