Alfred Tsang

Alfred is part of our structural engineering team, with experience in forensic structural engineering, examining material deterioration mechanisms for durability assessments, Regent Street Disease assessment & treatment options and durability design & specifications. He also reviews durability requirements of engineering drawings & details for structures along the route for Concept to For Construction design packages, Durability Management Plans (DMP) for major road, rail & water infrastructure and determination of Operations & Maintenance programs.

He is widely involved in conducting various levels of asset condition investigation &assessments including diagnostic testing for reinforced concrete, steel, stone, terracotta, faience & timber assets, & recommending suitable &cost-effective rehabilitation repair options.
