Dimitar Simitchiyski

Dimitar is responsible for the technical, commercial and operational management of the Facades team at TFT, bringing years of experience building and running technical, architectural design and façade engineering divisions for both consultants and contractor organisations.

Dimitar has contributed to the development and third-party assessment of various façade systems. He has aided the creation of system manuals, and led test, component and installation designs.

His prior work with industry and sector specific bodies combined with his experience with enhanced and fire rated façade systems enables a robust design and construction peer-review and technical due diligence appraisal of higher-risk buildings.
