Greg has built trusted relationships with his clients, highlighted by his successful delivery of a £1.8 million refurbishment project for 75,000 sqft of high-quality industrial space across a multi-unit estate in Milton Keynes. Additionally, he has provided specialist dilapidations advice on claims valued at £1.1 million.
Currently, Greg is managing a significant dilapidations claim and refurbishment project for a 50,000 sqft industrial estate in Birmingham, valued at £2.1 million. This project includes improvements to the building fabric and enhancements to the EPC rating.
