Supriya Kamath is a London-based Associate Director leading TFT’s Sustainable Development services across the UK and Ireland. As part of the Sustainability and Net Zero Carbon Hub, she drives business development, strengthens client relationships, and delivers high-impact sustainability outcomes across the built environment. She is particularly interested in projects that push beyond conventional carbon metrics and leverage innovation, including Artificial Intelligence, to enhance building performance and long-term sustainability. Supriya has led projects ranging from £5 million to over £800 million across multiple sectors, delivering sustainability, ESG, and decarbonisation strategies for new builds, refurbishments, bespoke , mixed use and fit-outs.
With over 25 years of experience, Supriya is a qualified Architect, Chartered Environmentalist, CIBSE Low Carbon Consultant, BREEAM AP, LEED AP and WELL AP specialising in sustainable development and corporate environmental strategy. She is passionate about decarbonising the real estate sector and works closely with clients to define ESG priorities, delivering practical and measurable pathways towards achieving net zero carbon, biodiversity net gain targets, social value, and broader sustainability goals. Her expertise encompasses leadership , strategy and co-ordination, sustainability project management, planning application support, green and wellbeing certifications, climate risk assessments and research etc.
She also has expertise in a range of complementary services such as whole life carbon and embodied carbon reporting, material efficiency , circular economy reporting and Environmental management system.
