Probably my most important piece of work while at TFT was leading the ongoing development, refurbishment and asset management projects across Green Park in Reading, which is a high-profile business park home to more than 50 companies and 6,000 staff. I have been fortunate to work with the original developer PRUPIM (M&G), and subsequent owners Oxford Properties and now Mapletree, which over the past 10 years has included managing in excess of £150m of new developments and refurbishment projects.
I’m happily married and have two young sons, who take up most of my time – which I love. When I do get some time to myself, you will find me in the gym, on the golf course or relaxing with good food and fine (or average) wine! Having retired from a long rugby-playing career five years ago, I now coach my son’s mini rugby team.
