We are expanding our engineering capabilities with the launch of dedicated Façade and Structural Engineering services, which reflect our continued investment in helping clients manage risk, enhance asset performance and maximise value across the full building lifecycle.
Our facade and structural engineering team consists of Bill Keane, Alfred Tsang and Dimitar Simitchiyski joining from Fairhurst, and Priyanka Ganatra, who joins from Jensen Hughes.

Bill Keane leads the team, bringing more than 25 years’ experience in structural engineering, including specialist expertise in forensic investigation, historic building defects and complex issues such as Regent Street disease, RAAC, fire damage and disaster recovery.
Bill and Alfred will be focused on diagnosing building defects, assessing risk and delivering practical, future-proofed structural engineering solutions. Their work will support our clients with structural technical due diligence, building pathology, condition surveys and development monitoring.
Façade engineers Dimitar and Priyanka will advise clients on façade design, technical due diligence, performance analysis, fire safety and remediation projects.
Alistair Allison, TFT CEO, says:
“The skillsets of Façade and Structural Engineers sit right alongside our team’s existing expertise when it comes to creating high performing, safer, more sustainable and resilient buildings.
Our surveyors, project managers, cost consultants and MEP engineers work closely on these challenges, and we’re all thrilled to have four more highly experienced professionals in such complementary disciplines, to help grow the scope of our advice.”
The introduction of these services builds on over fifty years of experience in providing joined-up, multidisciplinary advice to make buildings safer, more resilient and more valuable for those who rely on them.
