Craig Weir
Craig is Director in TFT’s Edinburgh office and leads the Project Management and Construction, Design & Management (CDM) Regulations advisory service for Scotland, including Project Management, Principal Designer, Principal Designer Adviser and CDM Client Advisor roles. His other specialisms include core Building Surveying services with Technical Due Diligence (TDD) and Dilapidations on commercial and industrial properties.
Craig is a Certified Member of The Association for Project Safety and a member of The Association for Project Management. He is an APC Assessor for the RICS Building Surveying Pathway for the Assessment of Professional Competence and provides guidance to the company’s Graduate Building Surveyors through their APC’s.
Craig’s key clients are Screwfix Direct Limited, Aviva, M&G Real Estate and Tesco.

I love what I do and enjoy the wide variety of instructions and projects that we get involved in from a Dilapidation Survey in Aberdeen to a TDD Portfolio across Europe.
Outside of work I live in East Lothian with my wife and two sons. Having been a Semi-Professional footballer in my younger days, I now in my spare time manage my eldest sons U’11 Football Team. I also enjoy the odd game of golf and motor sport.
