Louis is based in our London office. With over 15 years of experience of general practice including Contract Administration, Party Wall Advice and Project Management for both high end residential and commercial projects, Louis now focuses his wealth of experience as our Party Wall Director.
With a broad knowledge and experience of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996, Louis has developed a pragmatic approach in dealing with regular and complex disputes. He is a member of RICS , the Pyramus & Thisbe Club as well the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors.

Hi, Ciao, Hola, Konnichiwa.
I am one of those guys who sees life as a big adventure and one that should be fun! I am very much a people’s person and just love connecting with all peoples and cultures; I agree with what the late poet Maya Angelo said, “we are more alike than we are unalike”.
Away from office life and you will find me involved in voluntary work with my local church, long rides on my motorbike (my lily), and frequent weekend trips abroad to explore. For those longer annual leave periods, I try and visit those places that cause you to wonder; here I am in “Salar de Uyuni” in Bolivia, the world’s largest salt flat. Breath-taking!
