TFT was instructed to undertake Technical Due Diligence for this purpose-built student halls of accommodation, extending over four blocks in 57 cluster flats comprising 331 bedrooms on behalf of the client and provided the Executive Summary within 48 hours of the initial inspection to meet the tight timescales required. House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) licencing applied to the property and TFT was able to provide significant follow-up advice outlining the requirements of the licence for Unite.

Our consultancy also identified various fire stopping issues which were flagged up for attention. Following the successful purchase of the property, TFT also provided a reinstatement cost assessment of the student halls.
