TFT was appointed as Project Manager, Cost Consultant, Sustainability Consultant and Principal Designer to support the client in delivery of a turnkey contractor project.
A central aspect of our work was preparing and implementing bespoke development sustainability principles for our client. These included waste and energy monitoring, low-VOC products and materials, as well as responsible supply chain sourcing.
For this 1,553sq ft Cat B office fit-out, we delivered an open plan office, board room, executive office, comms room, phone room and tea point. We took a detailed and involved approach to delivering partitioning, finishes, lighting upgrades, data and power installations, furniture installation, dedicated cooling to comms room, in order to create a more sustainable, healthy and comfortable environment for the incoming occupiers to enjoy.
TFT worked closely with the contractor, client, property manager, and incoming tenant to deliver the project on budget and within the target timescale for the tenant to occupy the unit.

Lead Fund Monitoring Surveyor
This is an excellent opportunity to work with the Partner in Charge of Monitoring to lead the Development monitoring service line across TFT, forging relationships with both internal and external investment and institutional clients to deliver market leading consultancy advice. The role can be based from any of our offices but you must be willing to travel so a driving licence is required.
