Now open: TFT Cambridge

By TFT

TFT has announced the opening of a new office in Cambridge as we continue to invest in key regional markets, building on our nation-wide coverage with a flexible network of offices. We’re very pleased to welcome Peter Wyld who joins the team as regional lead, from Carter Jonas.

Peter brings over 15 years’ experience in surveying, project management and sustainability advice, covering sectors from office and lab spaces to historic buildings across London, East Anglia and the Midlands.

The region is set for a period of sustained growth, with data from the Centre for Economic and Business Research identifying eight of the Top 10 UK city economies tipped for the fastest growth to Q4 2023 will be in the South or East, Cambridge leading UK cities in terms of expected annual employment growth.

Given this forecast, and our many years of working in East Anglia with major clients including L&G, Aviva, Tesco and Screwfix, we have expertise across the sectors driving growth in the region.

From offices and retail to science and technology: see some recent Cambridge case studies.

Beyond the Silicon Fen and Oxford-Cambridge arc, Suffolk and Norfolk’s commercial property sector is responding to a combination of pandemic and Brexit effects. Growing demand for warehousing and logistics units to store goods from the region’s ports – such as the container port at Felixstowe or short sea ports Ipswich, King’s Lynn and Lowestoft – is well-served by TFT’s specialists in developing, transacting and managing logistics and industrial assets with sustainability and long term value in mind.

Alistair Allison, Managing Partner of TFT said: “It has been an exciting period of growth and expansion for TFT this year, which has been a long-time in the planning, with recent office openings in Leeds and Southampton, a new office in Dublin following our merger with Brannigan Partners, and now our latest opening in Cambridge.

We’ve already built a solid reputation in East Anglia through our delivery of local services for new and existing clients. Expanding in the region supports our wider interests in non-core office locations which provide more places for our team, our clients and industry partners to work together.”

In addition to Cambridge, TFT has dedicated offices in Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Dublin, Edinburgh, Guildford, Leeds, London, Manchester, and Southampton offering clients specialist property services with in-depth local knowledge.
