TFT was appointed as project manager immediately following acquisition of this tired 1980’s building. TFT assembled the team to develop a scheme to maximise the mass of the building.
Three new floors were added plus the cores remodelled which effectively added 50% of net internal area. TFT managed the architects, planning consultants and rights of light surveyors to maximise the envelope with negligible compensation issues and planning was obtained within eight months of acquisition of the building.
A pre-let for the whole has been secured for record rents in the area and TFT was integral in facilitating agreement of the technical aspects of the agreement for lease. Works completed in March 2017 allowing successful completion of the lease.
