This 7,200m² retail park needed a more modern look to attract new tenants. As Lead Consultant, we assisted in the £3.5m redevelopment of the site to meet the requirements of incoming tenants. This included re-cladding the front elevations, providing new shop entrances, subdividing some of the units and increasing the utilities capacity. External remodeling of the retail park entrance, car park and signage increased the appeal of the site.

Public access was retained at all times and existing tenants remained in occupation and traded throughout the works. This called for detailed planning with the contractors, close liaison with the tenants and firm adherence to health and safety controls.
