TFT was appointed by a global healthcare logistics company to oversee their new fit-out for a 90,000 sq ft warehouse in Dublin.
In our role as Project Manager and Employer’s Agent, we helped ensure this project delivered on our client’s goals for quality and budget in their time frame, to realise the potential of this new building.
The work included a comprehensive fit-out, from the warehouse through to the office space, including a new comms room, canteens and mechanical, electrical and data provision for the new facility.
The arrival experience the building's glazed reception area was enhanced with new stairs, handrails and balustrade along with access control gates and a modern reception desk.
The warehouse element of our fit-out is high spec and tailor made for the needs of healthcare logistics. The whole 90,000 sq ft area is temperature and humidity controlled, with a large-scale racking system and new fire rated roller shutters installed into a separate marshalling area.
A separate closed chiller room with dedicated docks provides a further 1,270 pallet positions. The facility supports safer and more efficient loading with 12 state-of-the-art dock levellers.
