Brake Bros Depot, Tamworth

TFT Geomatics team was instructed to undertake a Gross internal Area Measurement survey and report which included a site survey to identify the eaves height and the external yard depths. The report included a full breakdown of the warehouse, mezzanine and offices spaces. Currently the building is a cold store facility, including:

- A 141,885 sq ft unit (excl Vehicle Maintenance Unit) on 11.70 acres.

- An additional car park, which has just secured planning consent with construction about to start to deliver c220 spaces.

As part of the due diligence the client requested that we work alongisde the Building Surveys which included an M&E review and confirmation of the kVA power supply. The survey also included a review of the leases and the tenant repairing / dilapidations obligations.

TFT collaborated with M&E engineers and Building surveyors carrying out the TDD survey.

The client was satisfied with the acquisition of this site to add to their portfolio.
